Cleaning and Sanitizing...

Step one is to disassemble the kettle
drain assembly. This includes taking
apart the ball valve. All parts to be
sanitized are then placed in the HLT
that contains the sanitizing solution.
After a soak, the drain assembly is
then re-assembled and put back in
place.
The sanitize solution that is in the HLT
is then re-circulated. The sprayer can
be used to spray down the surfaces.
The mash pumps are then turned on
to run the sanitizing solution through
all of the lines.
