Hot Liquor tank and Kettle Control

Medium sized control panel with two LOVE controllers. One LOVE controller will allow you to set and maintain the
HLT temperature. The second LOVE controller will display the temperature in the kettle. This will allow you to
monitor the temperature as the wort heads to a boil. It will also allow you to monitor the temperature during the
cooling stage (especially handy when immersion chilling). In addition, a potentiometer is added which will vary the
output power. This is used when the kettle is connected to prevent boiling over and to adjust the boil intensity.
Included are two elements of your choice, two stainless temperature probes, and two polypropylene safety float
switches (prevents the element from running dry). Mounting hardware for the HLT and Kettle are included. All
connections are twist lock type. Wall mount tabs also included.
